The Healing Project tour communities and hosts pop-up art, performance art, and art activism events on unlimited and unfiltered topics related to diasporic experiences of Blackwomen and other Women of Color.
We also host workshops, healing circles, open mic nights, and engage in street theatre for social justice and collective healing.

We are excited to have partnered with The Literary book bar in Downtown Champaign, IL, summer '23 to fulfill our commitment to the community by fostering consciousness raising around the unique issues that affect racialized women in the U.S. through pop-up Open Mic Nights!

THP HEAR, HEAL, & HIKE Trekking Group is proud to raise consciousness around issues relevant to racialized folks, to include sexual assault and gender-based violence.
To close out Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) '23, we came together and shared in the collective healing process through art, movement, and community. This trek featured art-based activities throughout, in honor of survivors of sexual assault. Free transportation, hydration, trail snacks, and Jimmy John's lunch was included thanks to generous donors!
